		The Braveheart Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to significantly improve the lives and care of children with congenital heart defects by providing resources and financial assistance to their families and clinicians. 	The Braveheart Foundation is now in its 4th year of operation. Thanks to many generous donors, we have had the privilege of assisting over 100 families in various ways. These include assisting with travel expenses and hotel costs for those with children at Hope Children's Hospital near Chicago, and assisting in the payment of medical bills. The 4th annual Braveheart Foundation Chocolate Festival is scheduled for Sunday, November 22 from 2-5 pm. It will be held in the Atrium of Faith Church in Dyer, IN. We look forward to raising more money to offer hope to CHD families.
